The challenge
Threesixty Architecture needed to communicate complex redevelopment plans for East Kilbride Centre to two critical audiences: local politicians who would approve the project, and residents who would be directly affected. The plans involved demolishing parts of the shopping centre and replacing them with new housing, a civic centre and a supermarket — and that had to be explained in a way that built support rather than resistance to change.
Our solution
We created a professional presentation video designed to clearly communicate the vision and its benefits:
- Strategic messaging focused on revitalisation and positive community impact
- Visual storytelling built around Threesixty's architectural renders and visualisations
- A dual-audience approach addressing both political and public concerns
- A tight production timeline — delivered within 5 weeks from concept to completion
The results
- A successful presentation to politicians
- Three weeks of public screening in the East Kilbride shopping centre
- Complex redevelopment plans communicated clearly to diverse audiences
- Positive community engagement with the proposed changes
- Professional representation of Threesixty's expertise and vision
★★★★★
We had a great experience working with the team on a couple of recent architectural projects. They helped us craft a great story in a compelling way and brought passion, creativity and attention to detail to our project — resulting in an output that far exceeded our expectations.
