YouTube strategy, production & channel management

YouTube Marketing Agency

We plan your channel and make the videos. Strategy, filming, editing, thumbnails and uploads, all handled, from £1,200 + VAT a month.

Most YouTube agencies hand you a strategy deck and leave you to make the videos. Most video companies film whatever you ask for and leave the strategy to you. We do the whole job: what to make, making it well, and running the channel it lives on. Film with us on batch days, or film it yourself and we’ll handle everything else.

Everyone knows YouTube works. So why do most business channels die?

Your customers are already on YouTube researching what you do: 94% of UK adults use it, according to Ofcom. And unlike a social post that disappears in a day, a good YouTube video keeps selling for years: it sits in search results, gets recommended, and warms people up before they ever speak to you. Nobody needs convincing that YouTube works. The hard part is making it work.

Because YouTube is a craft, and most of it is invisible from the outside. Before a video is worth filming, someone needs to find the proven formats in your niche, the outliers, the videos that did ten times what that channel normally does, and work out why. Then the script has to be written to hold attention, not just to sound nice. Then the title and thumbnail have to earn the click, because the best video on the platform dies if nobody opens it. Get any one of those wrong and you can post good videos every week and watch them go nowhere.

That’s why most business channels are graveyards: five uploads, no views, quietly abandoned. Not because the business was boring, but because nobody owned the whole loop. What to make. Making it properly. Packaging it so it gets watched. Learning from the numbers so the next one does better. That’s the job we do.

Channels we run, week in, week out

This isn’t theory we’ve read about. These are channels we plan, film, edit, package and publish on a monthly rhythm.

That includes Jack’s own channel, where we test every strategy on ourselves before it goes anywhere near a client, and Mostyn Wilson’s channel, which publishes a new video every week. Here’s what the work looks like, straight from the channels themselves:

Still Spirit — monthly YouTube episode One of two videos we make for Still Spirit every month. The channel monetised in under 20 uploads, has passed 600k views, and drives direct sales from the shop with every episode.
Mostyn Wilson — weekly leadership episode Leadership lessons from a former KPMG partner: Mostyn Wilson’s channel publishes a new video every week, on a rhythm we keep running.
Jack Hand — the latest from Jack’s own channel We practise what we sell. Jack’s channel is where every strategy gets tested on ourselves before it goes anywhere near a client.
Tom Langhorne — Resilient Roots online course We helped Tom turn his YouTube audience into an online education business: £30k in its first 90 days.

Two ways to work with us

Every channel gets the same strategy, editing, packaging and publishing. The only choice is who holds the camera.

We film with you

Batch filming days at your place. We arrive with the next month of videos already scripted, film three or four in a day, and handle everything after: the edit, the thumbnails, the titles, the uploads. You show up and talk about what you know. This is how Still Spirit’s channel runs.

You film, we do the rest

Some owners would rather record themselves, and that works too. We build the strategy, write the scripts, and set up a simple filming setup you can run yourself: a phone is genuinely enough. You send us the footage; we edit, package and publish. It costs less, and it doesn’t look homemade, because everything around the footage is still done properly.

Both routes run as fixed monthly plans, priced on our pricing page.

What you're paying for

The whole loop, owned by one team

Channels don’t die from a lack of effort. They die because one part of the job gets skipped. We don’t skip any of it.

  • Someone finally owns the strategy We research what’s already working in your niche, find the outlier formats worth learning from, and arrive with the next three months mapped. You’re never inventing video ideas at 9pm on a Sunday.
  • Videos made properly Scripted to hold attention, filmed by us or self-shot to our setup, then edited and paced so people actually watch to the end. Watch time is what YouTube rewards, and it’s built in the edit.
  • Packaging that earns the click Titles, thumbnails and YouTube SEO, decided before the video is filmed, not bolted on after. The same video can live or die on its thumbnail, so we treat packaging as part of the video.
  • A channel that runs without you Uploads, scheduling, descriptions, end screens. Every month we read the analytics and sharpen the next batch. You do your job; the channel does its.

How it works

Built to take as little of your time as possible, whichever route you choose.

01

Strategy call

We look at your channel, or help you start one, work out who it’s for and what it needs to sell, and research what’s already winning in your niche.

02

Make the videos

A batch filming day with us, or your self-shot footage into our edit. Either way, scripts, titles and thumbnails are ready before anything is filmed.

03

Publish and learn

We upload, package and schedule everything, then read the numbers each month so the next videos do better than the last.

Who does the work

We run our own channel too.

Jack leads every channel we manage and runs his own the same way, testing each strategy on himself first. No handoffs, no juniors learning on your channel.

What it costs

From £1,200 + VAT a month

YouTube channel management runs as our monthly plan, with most clients between £1,500 and £2,000 depending on how many videos a month we’re making. That covers strategy, scripting, filming or footage handling, editing, thumbnails, titles and publishing. No lock-in: pause, change or cancel.

The plan itself is explained on the Pro Video Plan page, and every price we charge is published on our pricing page.

YouTube marketing FAQs

How much does YouTube marketing cost?

With us, from £1,200 + VAT a month as a fixed monthly plan; most clients pay £1,500 to £2,000 depending on volume. That covers strategy, scripting, filming or footage handling, editing, thumbnails, titles and publishing. No day rates, no surprise fees.

Do I have to be on camera?

Ideally someone from your business is, because trust is the whole point: people buy from the person they’ve been watching. It’s less painful than you think. Most of our clients had never done it before, and helping people relax on camera is a big part of the filming day.

Can we film the videos ourselves?

Yes, and we offer that route properly, not grudgingly. We handle strategy, scripts, editing, thumbnails and uploads; you record on a setup we help you build, and a phone is genuinely enough. It costs less than us filming, and once you’re comfortable it can be the most sustainable way to run a channel.

How long before a channel gets results?

Months, not weeks, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing with your money. Still Spirit’s channel monetised inside its first 20 uploads. The mechanism is consistency: YouTube learns who to show your videos to, and every upload keeps working long after it’s published.

Do you run YouTube ads?

No. We’re an organic YouTube agency: strategy, production and channel management. The videos we make can absolutely be cut into ads, and some clients do exactly that, but we don’t manage ad campaigns.

What is YouTube video marketing?

Using YouTube videos to bring customers to your business: videos that answer what your buyers are already searching for, build trust before the first call, and keep selling for years after they’re published. It’s marketing you make once, not rent forever.

Customers are searching YouTube for what you do right now

The only question is whose video they find. Book a call and we’ll tell you honestly whether a channel makes sense for your business, and what it would take to win with one.
