Plan
A strategy call to agree what video has to do, who’s watching and where. We turn that into a monthly plan.
Video marketing agency · Glasgow-based, working UK-wide
Video that’s planned, published and measured, not just made.
We work out what video needs to do for your business, our own crew films it, we get it in front of the right people, and every video carries a tracking link. So you see the enquiries, booked calls and sales each one brings in, not just the views.

Businesses we’ve worked with
Don't just take our word for it
A business pays for a video. It goes on the homepage, gets one LinkedIn post, and sits there. Six months later someone asks whether it worked, and nobody can say. So when budgets get tight, video is the first thing cut.
The problem usually isn’t the video. It’s that nobody gave it a job. Making the film is the easy part. Marketing is everything that happens after the export: who it’s for, where it goes, how often the next one lands, and what it actually brought in.
That’s the work a video marketing agency should do. We plan video around a business goal, make it with our own crew, keep it coming every month, and measure every video against that goal. Then we do more of what works.
One team, three ways in. Which one fits depends on what you need video to do.
Monthly video for the whole business
A planned mix of videos every month for your website, socials and sales team. Dears Pharmacy’s plan, for example, gets a service video plus five short ads a month.

We plan the channel, film and edit the videos, and handle thumbnails and uploads. Still Spirit’s channel monetised inside its first 20 uploads and now drives direct shop sales.
YouTube marketing →Short-form that keeps you visible
One filming day turned into a month of Reels, TikToks, Shorts and LinkedIn videos, captioned for sound-off feeds and cut for each platform.
Social media video production →Need one film rather than an ongoing plan? See our case study videos or our promotional videos.
Video doesn’t fail for lack of good footage. It fails when nobody plans it, keeps it going or checks what it did. We do all three.
Lots of agencies promise ROI. We show you the line from a video to an enquiry or a sale.
Every video we publish carries its own UTM tracking link (we built a free YouTube UTM builder for it). That means Google Analytics can tell you which video sent each visitor, and what they did next. Each month we report enquiries, downloads, booked calls and sales per video, then drop what didn’t work and make more of what did.
For Still Spirit, that means purchases tracked back to the video that sent them. For a professional services firm, it’s usually booked calls and enquiries.
| What most reports show | What we report |
|---|---|
| Views | Enquiries per video |
| Likes and comments | Booked calls |
| Follower growth | Downloads and sign-ups |
| Reach | Sales |
The full method, with a worked example, is in our guide to how to measure video ROI.
Neither of these came from one lucky video. They came from a plan and a rhythm, month after month.
Two videos a month on a channel that monetised in under 20 uploads and drives direct shop sales.

A strategy call to agree what video has to do, who’s watching and where. We turn that into a monthly plan.
A filming day each month with our crew, or self-filmed with our direction, edited and back within two weeks.
We publish or hand over ready to post, report results per video, and adjust the next month’s plan.
Most clients sit between £1,500 and £2,000 a month, depending on how much video they need and where it’s going. You can pause, change or cancel your plan, with no contract holding you in.
What’s included is set out on the Pro Video Plan page, and every price we charge is published on our pricing page.
A video production company makes the video. A video marketing agency also plans what to make, publishes it and measures whether it worked. We do both: our own crew films and edits, and we handle the strategy, publishing and reporting around it.
Every video carries its own tracking link, so Google Analytics shows which video sent each visitor and what they did next. We report enquiries, booked calls, downloads and sales per video every month. Our guide to how to measure video ROI explains the method.
Our monthly plans start from £1,200 + VAT, and most clients pay £1,500 to £2,000 a month. A one-off video is priced differently: our video production cost guide breaks down typical UK prices.
No. We’re based in Glasgow and our filming days run across Scotland and the North of England. Any travel beyond the central belt goes into your quote as its own line, agreed before we start. Self-filmed plans work anywhere: we already run them for clients in the US and France.
Wherever your buyers already spend time. For most B2B firms that means LinkedIn and YouTube; consumer brands often add Instagram and TikTok. Our UK LinkedIn statistics and UK YouTube statistics show who’s on each.
No. You can pause, change or cancel your plan. We keep clients by being worth keeping.
