These terms apply to your use of steadyhandproductions.co.uk (the “website”), run by Steadyhand Productions Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC727739), Office 223, The Briggait, 141 Bridgegate, Glasgow G1 5HZ. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

These terms cover the website only. Video production work is covered by the proposal and terms we agree with each client before a project starts.

Using the website

You may view, share and link to pages on the website for your own information. You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing viruses or other harmful code, or using automated tools to copy large parts of it.

Our content

The videos, images, text, logos and design on the website belong to us, our clients or our licensors. Client videos are shown with permission and remain subject to their owners’ rights. You must not copy, download, re-edit or reuse any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Information on the website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but the content is for general information only. Prices and guides are indicative and are not an offer. Your actual price is set out in a written proposal. We may change or remove content at any time.

Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as YouTube, our booking calendar and client websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Some links may be affiliate links, which we always say on the page where they appear.
