Everyone agrees consistency wins. Almost nobody sustains it.

If you want content to grow your business, regular video is the most cost-effective way to do it. Videos that go out consistently build trust, make you the familiar face in your market, and bring people into your business.

Most businesses don’t have a video problem. They have a consistency problem. Month one is easy: you’re motivated, you film something, you post it, and it feels great. This is it. From now on, video every month.

Then the day job wins. Client work comes in, the diary fills up, and video slides to the bottom of the list. Two months go by and nothing has gone out, so you force out another video and the cycle repeats. We’ve watched it happen to smart, busy firms for years, and it has nothing to do with discipline. Nobody inside the business owns it, so nobody sustains it.

The usual fixes both have a catch. An in-house videographer means a salary north of £30,000 plus kit, for one pair of hands and one set of skills. One-off production projects mean paying full project price every time, with a gap between every film while you find the budget and the brief.

A plan, a filming rhythm, and finished videos landing every month

That’s the Pro Video Plan. We become the person in your business who owns video, without the salary.

It starts with a strategy call, where we work out what video needs to do for your business. From that we plan your next three months of content and script everything before we turn up. Then we film in batch days: one efficient day of filming gives you three or four finished videos, which is why a month on the plan costs a fraction of what the same videos would cost as one-off projects. Your videos are edited and back with you within two weeks of filming, ready to post. Here’s what that looks like for clients on the plan:

Still Spirit — monthly YouTube episode One of the two videos Still Spirit’s plan delivers every month: a channel that monetised in under 20 uploads and now drives direct shop sales.
Round Thirteen — video funnel Part of an ongoing content approach: a VSL, explainer and short-form videos working together to bring in a steady flow of enquiries.

What does a month actually look like? Still Spirit, the whisky shop whose YouTube channel we run, gets two videos a month. A pharmacy group we work with gets a service video plus five short ads, and in a shorts-heavy month, as many as ten. Your mix will look different, because it comes out of your strategy, not a menu. And if YouTube is the platform you want your plan pointed at, that’s a service in its own right: see YouTube marketing.

Why it works

Why the plan works when going it alone doesn’t

Consistency isn’t a willpower problem. It’s an ownership problem, and the plan solves it structurally.

  • Someone finally owns it Strategy, planning and scripting are included. You’re not generating ideas at 9pm on a Sunday: we arrive with the next three months already mapped.
  • Batch-day economics Three or four finished videos from one efficient filming day. Produced separately, the same videos would cost £5,000 to £6,000.
  • An extension of your team Every month we learn more about your business and your customers, see what’s working, and make the next videos sharper.
  • No lock-in Pause, change or cancel your plan. No credit systems, no use-it-or-lose-it rules, no contract holding you hostage. We keep clients by being worth keeping.

How the Pro Video Plan works

Designed to take as little of your time as possible, so you can run your business while the videos keep coming.

01

Strategy call

We work out what video needs to do for your business, then plan your next three months of content. There’s always a pipeline, never a “what should we film?” moment.

02

We script and film

Everything is written and approved before filming day. On camera, we bring a teleprompter and coach you until you sound like yourself. One batch day gives you three or four finished videos.

03

Videos land every month

Your edit is back within two weeks of filming, delivered in every format you need, ready to post. Then we do it all again next month.

Who does the work

The same small crew, every month.

We don’t send whoever’s free. Jack and Josh turn up knowing your business, your people and what last month’s videos did. That’s what makes month six better than month one.

What the Pro Video Plan costs

From £1,200 + VAT a month

Most clients sit between £1,500 and £2,000 a month, depending on their mix of videos. The price is fixed and agreed up front, and it covers everything: strategy, planning, scripting, filming, editing and delivery.

And if you only need one film, don’t buy a plan. A single project or a batch day is the better deal, and we’ll tell you so on the call. See all our prices, or read the full breakdown of what video production costs.

Pro Video Plan FAQs

How many videos do we get each month?

It depends on your mix, because a three-minute YouTube episode and a thirty-second ad are different amounts of work. As a guide from real plans: one client gets two YouTube videos a month, another gets a service video plus five short ads, and a shorts-only month can deliver as many as ten. We agree your mix when we plan your quarter.

Is this a retainer? Are we locked in?

It works like a retainer in the ways that help you: a fixed monthly price and a team that knows your business. But there’s no lock-in. You can pause, change or cancel your plan, and there are no credit systems or use-it-or-lose-it rules either.

What kinds of videos can we make?

Whatever your strategy calls for: YouTube episodes, case study videos, customer testimonials, service explainers, website videos and short-form ads for social. Most plans mix a couple of formats, and the mix can change from month to month.

What if we need more videos one month?

We add a filming day and price it the same transparent way. A product launch or an event doesn’t break the plan, it just makes that month bigger. And in a quieter month we move the filming day rather than waste it.

Do we have to be on camera?

Not always, and never unprepared. When you are on camera, we script everything ahead, bring a teleprompter and coach you until it feels natural. And some of the best months put your customers on camera instead of you, telling the story for you.

How quickly do videos arrive?

Your edit is back with you within two weeks of filming. Reviews and tweaks happen inside the month, so finished videos land monthly, ready to post.

Still meaning to do more video?

That’s exactly what the plan fixes. Book a call, tell us about your business, and we’ll map out what your first three months of video could look like. If a one-off film is the better fit, we’ll say so.
