What is a testimonial video?
A short film, usually one to two minutes, of a real customer talking about their experience with your business: what they needed, why they chose you, and what the result was. It’s a video version of a review, with one big difference: you can see and hear the person, which makes it far harder to dismiss.
How much do video testimonials cost?
From £1,500 + VAT, fixed. The price depends on locations, how many people appear and the scope of the edit, and the quote you get is the final price: no surprise fees, revisions included. Filming several testimonials in one day brings the per-video cost down.
How do we get customers to agree to be filmed?
Happy customers say yes more often than you’d expect, especially when it costs them almost nothing. We help you pick who to ask, then handle all the organising: scheduling, location, planning around their day. Most people are quietly pleased to be asked.
What does our customer have to do on the day?
Turn up and have a conversation. There’s no script to memorise and no teleprompter; we interview them and they answer in their own words. We need about an hour of their time, and our job is to make them comfortable enough that the camera stops mattering.
What’s the difference between a testimonial video and a case study video?
A testimonial is your customer talking about you, direct to camera, in one to two minutes. A case study tells the fuller story of one project: the problem, the work and the result. If your buyers need to see how you work, choose a case study video. If they need to hear that you’re worth trusting, a testimonial does it faster.
Do you film outside Glasgow?
Yes. We’re based in Glasgow and film across Scotland and the North of England. Travel is priced into your fixed quote up front, not added on later.
Can we use clips for social media and ads?
Yes: one shoot gives you the full film plus short cuts for LinkedIn, email, ads and your website. Tell us where you’ll use it and we’ll deliver the right formats.
