We work out what needs explaining, to whom, and whether video is even the right answer. If it is not, we will say so.
Video Production Aberdeen
Video production in Aberdeen that wins you customers, not compliments.
We make films for Aberdeen businesses that have something specific to explain: what the work actually is, why it matters now, and who it is for. Energy and transition films, case studies, customer stories, training and recruitment video. Fixed prices from £1,500 + VAT with travel priced into the quote up front, and your films back within two weeks of filming.

Businesses we’ve worked with
Don't just take our word for it
The work up here tends to be specialist. Engineering, energy, professional services, research, food and drink. It makes complete sense to everyone inside the company and almost none to the customer, the recruit or the funder who needs to understand it quickly.
So the video gets made to look impressive instead. You know the film: the drone shot over the harbour, a voiceover about a proud history and an exciting future. It could belong to any company on any industrial estate in the North East, which is another way of saying it belongs to nobody.
The films that earn their cost do the opposite. They explain one specific thing your company does, in plain language, to one specific group of people who need to understand it. That is harder to make and much harder to ignore.
We are based in Glasgow rather than Aberdeen, and we would rather tell you that than claim an office we do not have. What we have instead is work in the North East.
Great British Energy, headquartered in Aberdeen, is a client. We film for Still Spirit every month at the Whisky Hammer auction house at Udny, fifteen miles north of the city. SAMH we filmed in Aberdeen itself.
Travel, in full. Filming days in the central belt are included. Anywhere beyond, Aberdeen included, travel is its own visible line in the quote agreed before we start, with an overnight stay at £100 a night. The same policy covers the rest of Scotland.
Most companies need two or three of these, not all six. Which ones depends on what you need people to understand, and who those people are.
The work you actually do, explained so a customer, a council or a recruit can follow it. Complex engineering is our favourite problem, not the one we avoid.
A real project from problem to result, told by the client who lived it. See our case study video production.
Someone who looks like your buyer, saying on camera that it worked. See our testimonial video production.
Procedures and product knowledge filmed once, so your team stops explaining the same thing every week. See our training video production.
Aberdeen firms compete hard for the same engineers. Your people on camera, showing candidates what the job is really like. See our recruitment video production.
A steady rhythm of content rather than one film a year. See the Pro Video Plan.
One for an Aberdeen-headquartered client, one filmed in Aberdeenshire every month, and one filmed in the city.
A fixed price agreed before anything is booked, people who take the time to understand what you actually do, and as little of your team’s day as we can manage.
Two clients in the North East, and what the work actually did.
The film announcing the first major solar investment by Great British Energy, the publicly owned clean energy company headquartered in Aberdeen.

We work out what needs explaining, to whom, and whether video is even the right answer. If it is not, we will say so.
We plan it with you, then film in one day at your site, around the way your operation actually runs.
Your finished films and cutdowns, back within two weeks of filming, ready for your website, your sales team and your channels.
We price by the finished film, not by the day. Testimonial videos start at £1,500, recruitment films and case study videos at £2,000, corporate and brand films at £2,500, all plus VAT and all agreed before a filming day is booked. Travel to Aberdeen goes into the quote as its own visible line, with an overnight stay at £100 a night.
See every package on our pricing page, or tell us what you need and we will give you the number on a call.
We come to you. We are based in Glasgow, we do not have an Aberdeen office, and we are not going to pretend we do. Filming days around Scotland are normal for us: we film at Quarch Technology in Aviemore, at the Whisky Hammer auction house near Udny, and we work with Great British Energy, who are headquartered in Aberdeen. Travel is quoted up front as its own line so you can see exactly what it adds.
It is a visible line in your quote, agreed before anything is booked, covering the journey and £100 a night if the shoot needs an overnight stay. Filming days inside the central belt carry no travel charge at all. We would rather show you the number than fold it invisibly into a day rate.
Yes. Great British Energy, the publicly owned clean energy company headquartered in Aberdeen, is a client: we made the film announcing their first major solar investment. What we are good at is explaining technical work to people who do not share the expertise, and that is the same skill whether the subject is a photonics lab, a test system or a community energy scheme. One honest limit: we are not an offshore crew. We do not hold offshore survival training, so filming on rigs and vessels is not something we take on.
Yes, and we already do. The Whisky Hammer auction house at Udny, where we film for Still Spirit every month, is about fifteen miles north of Aberdeen. A filming day in the shire works exactly the same way as one in the city.
Your finished films come back within two weeks of the filming day. Before that, planning and scripting usually take a couple of weeks, depending mostly on how quickly we can get time with the people who will be on camera.
No. We only make films for businesses and organisations. If you are looking for a wedding videographer in Aberdeen there are several good ones, and we are not among them.
One call, a fixed price, and films at your Aberdeen business within weeks. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.
